The Innovation Driven Procurement Project is CITB, fully funded online training, coaching and mentoring for SME and Micro-Business Owners in the UK Construction Supply Chain.

She's also the author of a series of books on how to write construction contracts in just 500 words.

In this Masterclass, Sarah will share why you should bother with contracts before discussing how you can use your contract to:

  • reflect your values as a business

  • manage expectations on time, cost and quality

  • proactively deal with risk issues

  • create simple processes to deal with changes, remedies and cancellation
