Scope: Verifying exactly who is providing and paying for services, and defining the precise work expected.
Critical Content: Ensuring the inclusion of start and completion timelines, payment amounts, and performance standards.
Effectiveness: Evaluating legal and operational mechanisms for managing changes, mitigating risks, handling dispute adjudication, and establishing mutual termination rights to ensure alignment with the main contract.
